The time is literally flying away! We are only one week away from the last part!

I have to admit that I’m already missing the excitement from lots of messages, here and at FB! But this finishing fase is quite pleasant, because the project is almost done and we are one step away to wear the cardigan with a nice pair of jeans and a fave t-shirt!!! Read more

Bettina Cardigan KAL – 4th part: The Double I-cord Finishing

This week was no different than last week! Lots of pictures were posted on the PeaceKnitLove facebook page, showing the progress of the pieces of the people who are participating. Particularly I love that part of a KAL! It’s nice to see the different choices of yarn, the variety of colors and personal modifications. I hope this KAL is being a pleasant experience and in a few weeks we can all be dressing our cardigans! Lol

Following the pattern, this week we will work on the double I-cord finishing. There’s three videos complementing the instructions and a precious tip from Yone, for those who want to make the closing with buttons!
